Hello Doctors! My husband got skin problem after using hair color for blackening hair. his age is 30 years but he has severe hair fall problem as well. Any dermatologist please guide me what to do for hair treatment???

I have this skin problem and it started in 2013. Since then I have consulted many doc and took many medicine oral and for skin application as well but no improvement since then. Looking forward to hear some positive response on this issue as now itching is also started in infected areas. Also please tell if this Psoriasis or not

My daughter age 6 months has an eye issue by birth.
